Morgan Theodore has been practicing law in South Florida for over 13 years. Her practice focuses on the areas of Transactional Business, Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation and Land Use Law. For much of her career, she has had the pleasure of working alongside her father, who has been a civil litigator in South Florida for over 40 years.
She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including, education, health care, photography, technology & software, marketing, real estate, fitness, retail, construction, advertising, employment, restaurant services, and entertainment.
She has had significant experience litigating in the Southern District of Florida on Complex Commercial, Personal Injury and Intellectual property matters. She has litigated against major entities including Bellsouth Telecommunications, Inc., Royal Caribbean Cruises, The City of Miami Beach, And The Broward county Board of County Commissioners.
She speaks English and Spanish and has represented clients from all over the world, from Bangkok, Thailand to California, USA.
Mrs. Theodore currently resides in Miami Beach with her family. She is a trained artist and spends much of her free time drawing and painting. She also loves to cook, listen to music and travel with her family.

John B. Ostrow, ESQ.- Of Counsel
John B. Ostrow founded John B. Ostrow, PA in 1978. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Ostrow has extensive experience as a trial attorney, specifically in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and Intellectual Property. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases before the United States Southern District Court and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Mr. Ostrow has decades of experience obtaining favorable awards for injured clients in both Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury disputes, focusing in the areas of child birth injury, surgical injury, maritime personal injury, vehicular personal injury, slip and fall, and products liability. He also has over thirty years of experience representing commercial photographers, models, creatives and small businesses in Intellectual Property disputes. In addition, Mr. Ostrow is a certified Mediator.
He began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable James Lawrence King, in the United States District Court. He then acquired five years of insurance defense experience at Huebner, Shaw, Bunnell and later Marlow, Shofi and Ortmayer. After leaving Marlow, Shofi and Ortmayer, Mr. Ostrow opened his own practice.
Mr. Ostrow was the former Chairman of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners and served on the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for seven years. He was a member of the Florida Bar Intellectual Property Specialty Certification Committee and the Florida Bar Rules of Civil Procedure committee.
